During Block 1 of the Regional B. Ed program, I was asked to develop a vision of what my ideal elementary school would look like.
I wanted my vision to demonstrate my values as an educator which include prioritizing relationships, mutual respect, recognizing hard work, considering context, and creating an environment centred on student success!
